He joined the internationally known BNF Dance Company since 2006 to 2008, which happened to be the world salsa champions in 2010. His training as a dancer includes Ballet, contempo and jazz as pilars of his career and love and enjoy teaching latin rythms such as Salsa (ON1, Colombian and Cuban Style), Merengue, Bachata, Tango, Samba, etc. He has been teaching for 10 years now, mainly to english-speaking students. He came to London 8 months ago to study my Masters in Business administration and have been teaching at Salsa Naturally, Cali Swing, Simply dancing parters Real latin salsa and Salsa Kizomba Flowz. P.S The passion that i feel when i dance this rythms that are organic to me and natural to my environment let me trasmit the information to the students so that they can understand the intentions of the dance rather than executing steps. ✯✯ Saulo Gonzalez ✯✯ Saulo school director, dancer, teacher, choreographer is the co-director of the Salsa Dance School Cali Swing UK. Saulo was voted the best Salsa Teacher in the UK at the Latin UK Awards 2014 (across all salsa genres.) He started his professional dancing career over 11 years ago, by joining Art & Co company and Salsa Fire dance company. He performed at several musicals and shows, including “Salsa en el Barrio” musical (with the participation of the World Salsa champions 2006 Ricardo Murillo and Viviana Vargas) and & Salsa Review, the first salsa cabaret show in the UK. He also participated in the renowned “Carnaval del Pueblo” the largest Latin carnival in Europe (with more than 100,000 people attending).
