The bar will be open from 5pm-9pm, and there is onsite parking. Please note there are no restrictions on a Sunday which is great news. Date and time: Sunday 27 July 2025 4pm – 9pm Details: Classes 4-5pm: Improver plus with Eddie Hunt Beginners / Move to Improvers with Alvin and Ramona 5-9pm: music policy is a Salsa and cha cha social with guest DJ Ale Contini and host DJ Eddie UK Salsa Details about Ale Alessandro, originally from Italy, discovered Latin music during his adolescence. In 2018, he began his Salsa journey in England, where he had the opportunity to start dance classes and connect with the wonderful world of Salsa. In 2024, Alessandro began to travel more around Europe and explore the dancing scene. He then realized that dancing was not enough; he also wanted to connect with and learn more about Salsa music. A new passion was born, and he started exploring new Salsa music. He had the opportunity to collaborate and DJ at local events such as the Bristol Monthly Salsa En Vivo and the Bristol Salsa Congress. Details about Host Eddie Hunt In my mind I was born in 2003 when I discovered the world of salsa. After travelling around both England and Europe experiencing different dance styles and a variety of salsa teachers, I started my own salsa classes and events in 2011. I provide both classes and events in Bristol and Clevedon. My nights are just as much about the music as well as the dancing, having been inspired by a guest DJ ing slots in the uk and abroad. Both my dance and teaching styles are based around having fun and a clear understanding of good leading and following techniques. I am continually trying to refine and improve this, to ensure the students get the most out of each lesson and dance. I have also had the privilege of being invited to guest DJ at international and national events such as Salsa Rave in Barcelona, Salsa Dance Marsthon in Istanbul Turkey , Mambo City 5* Congress London and one of the longest running parties in Europe Salsa OSuli in Paris, to name a few. My ever growing vinyl collection has allowed me to expand my range of DJ ing sets so I can adapt to what dancers want from each event.
