Salsa Social Masters Competition Elsol Spring Edition

In order to meet the expectations of salsa social dancers, we are organizing a competition especially for you for the first time! Social dancing is art and it takes a lot of skills! This is the opportunity for salsa social masters to emerge and be rewarded. Finally level of connection, musicality, technique, improvisation, leading and following skills will be seen, appreciated and rewarded. BECOME elSol Salsa Social Master! Judges will be announced soon. The competition will take place on Saturday, March 11, 2023 during the lunch break. ✨ Qualifications: * during the qualifications, randomly selected couples dance in a circle, changing - each woman dances with each man; (approx. 1 minute each) * followers and leaders will be judged separately by our judges - the evaluation criteria are: dance technique, lead/follow, musicality, styling. No tricks or lifts allowed. One foot must remain on the floor. * Qualification results will be announced immediately after the scores counting. ✨ Semifinal: * The jury will choose the 7 best followers/leaders - randomly selected couples dance in a circle, changing - each woman dances with each man;(approx. 1 minute each) * followers and leaders will be judged separately by our judges - the evaluation criteria are: dance technique, lead/follow, musicality, styling. No tricks or lifts allowed. One foot must remain on the floor. * Semifinals results will be announced immediately after the scores counting. ✨ Final: * The jury will choose the 3 best followers/leaders - randomly selected couples dance in a circle, changing - each woman dances with each man;(approx. 1,5 minute each) * followers and leaders will be judged separately by our judges - the evaluation criteria are: dance technique, lead/follow, musicality, styling. No tricks or lifts allowed.
