Minitk is the given name to a series of dance parties held in the late 80s -early 90s, where young kids in their native Colombia got together. Our resident Anthony RODRIGUEZ is Puro Bilongo, a Salsa Dura addict who was born in Cali Colombia, one of the Capitals of Salsa music in the world. He describes himself as a citizen of the Northern Suburbs who’s existence couldn’t last one day without La Clave - core beat of Salsa. He has been bringing his Salsa Dura to Northcote since 2016. He is now ready to share the love with new audiences who are ready to let their bodies get intoxicated by the seductive AFRO-Caribbean RHYTHMS of SALSA. (What is Salsa?
