www.latinconnectiondance.com presents FEBRUARY 2020 4 weeks progressive series for the New or Returning Beginner OR Advanced Beginner (Bridge) Beginner Salsa with Style is your first step, literally, into a whole new world of sexy social Dancing! This immersive class will teach you Salsa ("on 1" / "L.A. Style") basics, partnering technique, how to flow mini patterns, as well as dance movement, styling and musicality. We give you enough practice time with music to dance with lots of other friendly students so you learn quickly. This class is for the complete Beginner, or those that need to hear, see and feel the basics again. At the end of the Series, an optional Nights OUT! to a San Francisco Salsa Club is offered at a discount to our students. See calendar for event details. ***NOTE: PARTICIPANTS DO NOT NEED A PARTNER - Students will rotate so everyone gets a chance to dance. Bridge Salsa is ...A class with a definite direction at a pace that takes you consistently from one place to another - and that place is... the Next Level of YOUR Dancing! By learning Key Moves in repetition and with variation, Leaders and Followers develop good habits by focusing on the dynamics of each key move and the transitions, instead of trying to execute a series of various moves (i.e., in a pattern - Intermediate Level). This class promotes great Lead and Follow technique and uses motion study methods to help students execute moves with good timing.
