Salsa Under The Stars returns (Feb 2018)

Our favourite monthly Latin dance party SUTS is back after a long hiatus - this time on a Friday, which means longer dancing and hip swinging! We're going back to the basics, featuring our usual 45-minute LA-style beginner workshop from 7:15pm with resident instructor Cheryl Wu. Fee is $5 at the door, no prior registration needed. Resident DJs May May, Shellsuit and Stew Bamrah will serve up an eclectic mix of styles, switching things up throughout the night! Expect lots of old-school salsa, with some Bachata, Cha Cha and Reggaeton thrown in. Free-entry (after the workshop) and fuss-free! Drink specials all night! All levels, ages and styles welcome. No partner required. No politics, no drama - just fun! Amazing vegetarian street food by Banyan Tamarind food. Think falafels, soursop tacos and other treats!
