Camerele sunt duble sau triple , iar preturile afisate sunt calculate pentru 1 loc/ 1 persoana . In pretul pachetului accommodation + Week Full pass este inclus : - un loc cazare in camera cu aer conditionat , - week full pass , - demipensiune ( micul dejun si o masa la alegere (pranz sau cina) in regim de autoservire in incinta Club D’or) . Exista posibilitatea ca o persoana sa stea singura in camera, daca se achita 2 cazari + 1 week full pass , fara alte reduceri. Rezervarile vor fi validate in momentul incasarii avansului, adica 30% din pretul pachetului ales . Data limita pentru avans este 15 iulie 2018. Se ofera discount pentru grupurile formate din minim 4 persoane si care au aceleasi ore de zbor - pretul fiind de 100 euro / persoana. INVITATIE PENTRU CETATENII STRAINI Participantii care au nevoie de invitatie pentru obtinerea vizei pe perioada festivalului , trebuie sa trimita toate documentele necesare cu 90 de zile inainte de inceperea evenimentului . Locul I este rasplatit cu calificarea la World Latin Dance Cup 2018, USA. Daca locul I la divizia Salsa Week Team este castigat de o trupa formata din cetateni romani , pe langa calificarea la World Latin Dance Cup, Asociatia Romana De Dans , acorda titlul Best Romanian Salsa Team si sustine trupa pentru deplasarea in USA, cu suma de 1000 ron . 2. Concurs Freestyle Latin Dance Contest 2018 Inscrierea se face pe baza formularului, pe care il puteti descarca de pe site-ul oficial Salsa Week Romania, unde gasiti si regulamentul concursului . Formularul completat, copie CI sau pasaport si dovada platii, se trimit pe mail [email protected] Data limita a inscrierii este 10 iulie 2018. Taxa de inscriere pentru participarea la concursul Freestyle Latin Dance Contest 2017 este de 50 Ron / perechea Se pot inscrie in concurs doar persoanele care au unul din urmatoarele pass-uri : week full pass, week full party pass. Locul I este rasplatit cu titlul Best Romanian Salsa Freestyle Couple si suma in bani adunata din taxele de inscriere la fiecare divizie de concurs. 3. Concurs Jack & Jill Inscrierile pentru concursul Jack & Jill se fac pana in 10 iulie 2018. Formularul completat, copie CI sau pasaport, se trimit pe mail [email protected] Inscrierea este gratuita. Numarul limita de perechi este de 20. Se pot inscrie in concurs doar persoanele care au unul din urmatoarele pass-uri : week full pass, week full party pass. Locul 1 este rasplatit cu Week Full Pass-ul la Romania Salsa Week 2019 si un premiu special din partea organizatorului. 4. Concursul Romania Latin Dance Cup 2018 Inscrierea se face pe baza formularului care il puteti descarca de pe site-ul oficial Romania Latin Dance Cup. Regulamentul concursului, cat si taxele de inscrierea pentru participare, le puteti gasi pe site-ul oficial Romania Latin Dance Cup. Mentionam ca acesta este supus Regulamentului International World Latin Dance Cup, prin urmare poate suferi modificari, modificari care vor fi aduse la cunostinta participantilor imediat ce le primim. . IMPORTANT ! Anul acesta bratarile pentru accesul la eveniment se vor pune de catre organizator fiecarui participant in parte . Daca bratara necesita inlocuirea, trebuie sa se returneze bratara originala pentru a primi una noua la schimb. In cazul pierderii bratarii trebuie sa platiti pretul integral al altei bratari. Participantii la eveniment trebuie sa poarte permanent bratarile , in loc vizibil. Organizatorul isi rezerva dreptul de a verifica bratarile participantilor , oricand , pe perioada desfasurarii evenimentului . Avansul nu se returneaza, decat daca cererea scrisa este facuta cu cel putin 10 zile inainte de data scadenta a pretului de achizitie. Pentru pass-urile achitate , dar neridicate , NU se returneaza contravaloarea acestora. Organizatorii nu raspund pentru bunurile pierdute/ uitate in incinta locatiei evenimentului . If the 1st place at the Salsa Couple Professional division is won by a pair of Romanian citizens, besides the World Latin Dance Cup qualifier, the Romanian Dance Association will support this pair for moving to the US with the sum of 2000 ron.
