Ever since Mambo Pica Pica discontinued, we are forever sad, my husband and I used to be volunteers for that event and loved it. We are still holding out that it might return, so this event is on the 3rd or 4th Sunday of each month. As a tribute to our team and dance company as well as how crazy and passionate we feel about salsa, we've decided to name it Salsamania Sundays ❤. There will be bachata music as well! There will be a designated bachata room with DJ Aliona mixing the music! DJ PAN BLANCO / Brad will play a set for this event. Introducing DJ QUIMBARA from San Francisco for the SALSA ROOM! Guest DJ - DJ EDGAR EL TRAVIESO DE LA SALSA (Seattle) DJ ALIONA will be hosting the BACHATA ROOM! <3 We will end at 11pm to make sure we close properly and respect the space as well as gather belongings for lost and found etc. which gives us 4 hours of dancing! Will there be a class? For the AUGUST edition, there will be an SALSA class taught by World Salsa Champion Jhon Narvaez from 6pm-7pm. The class is included in the social fee.
