Samba 3hs Workshop with Jônia McClenney: It will be an open level workshop but it will be productive for all levels, since beginners will have an exposure and breakdown in a deeper level, as the intermediate and advanced can clean their technique, be pushed into working in their personal style, struts/walks, posture, transitions and choreography execution. 1st hour: Working on each element of "samba no pé" (posture, feet mechanics in place and moving different directions, hips, arms), struts/walks, styling. 2nd hour: Working a little bit on musicality, samba sprint, on cross the floor sequences mixing samba no pé and passista footwork, transitions using the arms and feet. Applying that individually, where you will free style and get quick feedback where you should focus first for more improvement. 3rd hour: Learn samba choreography "Raiz Brazil" style, do a "Samba Circle" to let go and feel the music.
