Sambroso Sambroso presents HAVANA RUMBA A daytime event from 2pm featuring all things Cuban with DJs, traditional Cuban food and dance classes 2:00pm Sala Class with the best David Oggun 5:00pm Rumba dance class with the leggend Omero Gonzales DJs Javier 'La Maquina' De Cuba & DJ El Flecha + Authentic, fresh Cuban food served by "Javier La Rosa" Evening from 7pm Sambroso Sambroso presents HAVANA RUMBA Gerardo De Armas y Su Rumba Ache Gerardo has been a working musician all his adult life, singing and playing percussion in groups such as IROSSO OBA, COLUMBIA DEL PUERTO, DANZA CUBA, RUMBACHA, and finally Grammy winners YORUBA ANDABO with whom he travelled widely. He is also Omo Anya Ylu Bata (child of Anya and Bata owner ) which allows him to play the sacred Bata Drums in religious ceremonies to the Orisha. Gerardo has lived and breathed Rumba and Afro Cuban Music since birth and is now he living in the UK. On the night he will be joined by some of the leading lights of the Cuban music scene in London for a breathtaking journey into deep Afro-Cuban grooves.
