Samhain is a Celtic holiday and the "original" Halloween. Samhain is a Gaelic word that means "Summer's End". It is a fire festival in the Wheel of the Year and marks the official end of the harvest season. Much of what we engage with and celebrate during Samhain pertains to this end of summer and the blessed opportunity to release what no longer serves us. At this time of year, the veil between worlds is thinnest and we can connect more readily with our ancestors and loved ones that have passed. We will celebrate this most sacred time of year by dancing together beneath the trees as we welcome our ancestors into "our world." We can't wait to celebrate Samhain with you! Questions?
