🌹A warm welcome to our intensive tango workshop weekend! 🌹 We are truly grateful for the opportunity to share with you the beauty of vibrant connection, freedom, and self-expression that tango offers. Let us guide you through the first weekend of October filled with body dynamics, favorite movements and an ongoing dance dialogue we've developed over many years of our tango journey together. We offer a serie of 3 workshops, in total 6 hours for higher intermediate and advanced dancers. You can choose one separately or choose them all with discount. On Saturday evening we will organise a milonga together with DJ Renaud at Oceanen! Explore these dynamics inspired by each other´s expression and the music and discover new diversity and possibilities in the movements. We share the things we love to play the most! (Lunch break 1,5 hour) 🔔14:30-16:30 WS2 – Milonga- Enjoy waving the hips! Milonga traspie, changes of directions, we find both stability and flow swinging the hips and voilà - ready to play with fun movements and even faster speed!! Sunday 6 october 🔔12:15-14:15 WS3 – Dancing in the orbit - colgadas on a small space Explore circular dynamics surrounding each other´s axis as in small colgadas. From familiar movements, we share some of our more unusual circular combinations. 💵Prices: 1 ws 300 kr (2 h) 2 ws 500 kr (4 h) 3 ws 700 kr (6 h) Each workshop includes a short break of 10 min. In our dance we find a vibrant dialogue between two equally engaged partners, both expressing emotions and music, and constantly inspiring one another. This we also want to share in our teaching.” Wanna know us more? Ademir tells: ”I started my journey with Tango over ten years ago, exploring its many forms and styles along the way. Just as Tango evolves, so do we. Today, I offer a vision grounded in gentle movement and a soft expressive body, enriched by influences from other dance and somatic practices.” Samira tells: “I found tango in 2000 in Gothenburg and soon started traveling across Europe and Buenos Aires to deepen my knowledge. Since 2004, I have shared my passion also through teaching, focusing on the joy of dance as well as to enhance connection and movement quality in the couple and to inspire specifically followers for personal expression as well as double-role dancing.“ This weekend is hosted by Göteborgs Tangokollektiv in collaboration with World Dance Company and take place at Oceanen.
