In this class, we use easeful movements and dynamic stretching guided by breath and intention to increase our strength, flexibility and whole-body connection. Sean T Fox is an Acupuncturist, Sound Healer, Musician, Yoga and Qigong Teacher with an open-hearted passion for being in service and sharing these gifts. Bringing a grounded and practical awareness to holistic healing, he offers a wide variety of wellness offerings, classes and events to help us feel balanced, healthy and whole.
