From 10 dancers in a park to a thriving 100 dancer community every week at the San Rafael Masonic Lodge. I am grateful to each and every one of you who continues to make this such a vibrant and amazing community of people who come to feel, express, emote, connect and bask in the deliciousness of dance. I LOVE playing amazing sets for you all to move to. I come from a background of 40+ years of being a jazz pianist and I bring all my musical knowledge to the forefront to bring you the best music I can find to facilitate a magical journey for you. See ya on the floor! SPECIAL Sound Journey 10:30 - 11am Prepare to dance with a cleansing sound journey to connect with the earth, your body, and your intentions. We'll start with a grounding meditation, followed by a sonic massage of crystal singing bowls, vocals, and percussion instruments. Let the vibrations wash through you to release what's not needed, and open up to awareness. Leave feeling refreshed, connected, and ready to groove. Adriana is a sound healer, kundalini yoga teacher, and 7Directions Dance Ceremony facilitator. She believes that embodied alignment to self and spirit is integral to the future of humanity and the Earth, and creates experiences with sound, breath, and movement to regulate the nervous system and expand awareness. When she's not making music, she facilitates mindful and somatic group practices for founders and teams. Kerin Meri is our first dance fairie. If you don't know who she is, ask the host or others at the dance to point her out.
