Saturday Jam - Another Open Jam!

This week at AVL Jam... Last week was so lovely and delicious, we’ve decided to do it again! Join us this Saturday for a good ol’ no frills CI jam. Jessica will offer a brief partner-based, fascia-focused warmup to guide us into the dancing container - if you are newer to the form or if you find it difficult to “get in”, come on time for the warmup. It will help facilitate a smooth entry into jamming.
