Saturday Jam - It's an Open Jam!

This week at AVL Jam... Join us for two decadent hours of jamming this Saturday. We are taking a break from classes this week to offer a pure dancing container. The CI jam is where we practice old skills and try out new ones, where we explore movement motifs and experiment with new ways into the dance. It’s a place to investigate that which makes us curious, to find inspiration, to play, connect with old friends and make new ones. It is a sanctioned space where we get to drop in with ourselves and our bodies and our practice. We’d love to dance with you!
