Zara : Zara has been exploring many movement, healing, spiritual and ecological practices over the past 10 years. For her life is a continuous unfolding in understanding the body, movement and expression as a way to experience life more fully and allow the soul to dance and share with the world. She is based between Ibiza and Mexico where she offers classes, workshops, retreats and sessions based in Yoga, Acroyoga, Thai Massage and Aguahara (aquatic experiences). She feels called to inspire and share this with others with the intention to cultivate this deeper connection and expressions through the body to our Authentic selves and invite in the qualities of presence, connection and play. Sara Angelus: Sara sees AcroYoga as empowering and transformative, and is continuously inspired by the way it brings people together, finding strength in themselves and in one another. She loves to see the joyful surges of energy people experience when they first learn to balance and fly, to go places they have never gone before, and achieve things they may have never thought possible. In her practice, and teaching she strives to share the incredible moments of bliss that are found through yoga, AcroYoga, dance, or any other movement practice with people around the globe. Sara also loves to perform, and when she is not teaching, she is dreaming up new adventures, performance pieces, and ways to share her passions with all that she comes into contact with. Sandra Morrel: Sandra shares her deep connection with the water as a vehicle to connect to our essence. She is in an open exploration of new ways to communicate with the water, our bodies and our authentic beings. For the past 4 years she has intensively been teaching and facilitating courses, treatments and aquatic experiences around the world. Now her main focus is the water dance exploration, authentic movement research and creating spaces for sharing this water experiences. Guillaume Laplane: An international facilitator of 5Rhythms workshops and retreats will be joinning us for the week and sharing this journey into the rhythms of life through dance. “ Guillaume invites you to discover and deepen your practice of dance and movement as a tool for connection to one-self and life transformation. Surrounded by beautiful nature, beaches, whales, turtles and sunsets. The retreat will take place at Tierra Verde , situated over the village of Mazunte on the way to Punta Cometa (a popular sunset point and energetic spot). Tierra verde is an off the grid eco centre with solar power, eco toilets And palm roof structures facing the neighbouring wild beach of Mermejita just a 5 minute walk. There are several cabanas options and a large palapa yoga space where most of the activities will take place.
