Saulo & Yasmim's 25 Hour Immersion Course

Dear Zoukers, Saulo and Yasmim will be offering you a 4-day Brazilian Zouk immersion course. This intensive will provide you an in-depth understanding of your body in movement, in isolation and in relation to a partner. This is the very first time Saulo and Yasmim are offering this and we truly believe they are the perfect pair to help you dive in deep with your body's relationship to Brazilian Zouk. Here is an idea of what will be covered - each day will also include an hour's assisted practice Day 1 - Understanding the body Building awareness in the body within yourself and the other (Solo plus partner dance) Day 2 Body movement, hips and spine How to use the vertebra to improve your dance • hips, ribs and head • head movement 1 Day 3 Breaking the frame and its philosophy Elasticity, compression Improvisation and creativity - footwork variations Day 4 Counterbalance head movements 2 ++ Participants: this event is exclusive for 15 couples max.
