[RO] Swing Steps Bucharest vă invită la primul workshop din 2018, în stilul Savoy cu Cristina și Cristian. Workshop destinat pesoanelor cu o experiență de cel puțin 2 luni în Lindy Hop sau Charleston. Vom avea 3 părți: 1. Încălzire + Tehnică de bază - vorbim despre bounce, postură, energie și lead & follow 2. Lindy Circle & Swing Out - aprofundăm tehnica, footwork-ul și lead & follow pentru figurile Lindy Circle și Swing Out. - discutăm despre energia și bucuria din timpul dansului - prezentăm și aprofundăm stilul Savoy. - variații pentru Swing Out si Lindy Circle. - pentru followeri adăugăm în repertoriul vostru și swivel-urile 3. Assisted Practice - în această parte veți dansa mult, pe muzică, pentru a putea însuși ceea ce am învățat în părțile anterioare - în timpul practice-ului vom fi disponibili pentru voi și vă vom răspunde la orice întrebare sau nelămurire aveți în legătură cu cele învățate (Q&A) Intrarea: 50 lei. Warm up + Basic Technique - we’ll talk about bounce, posture, energy and lead & follow 2. Lindy Circle & Swing Out - we’ll go deep into the technique, footwork and lead & follow for the 2 figures. - we’ll talk about the energy and joy we express during our dancing. - we’ll deepen the Savoy Style Lindy - we’ll also learn some variations on these figures. - for the followers we’ll add to our repertoire the swivels. 3. Assisted Practice - in this part you’ll dance a lot with music everything you’ve learned in the previous parts. - during the practice we’ll be there for you and feel free to ask anything regarding the new things you’ve learned during the workshop (Q&A).
