SBK stands for SALSA, BACHATA, KIZOMBA! SunDance monthly party is proud to present special guest instructor NELSON CAMPOS and his KIZOMBA workshop. Born in Guinea - Bissau, raised in Portugal Nelson grew up as a dancer. Today based in UK he's an accomplished dancer, master of several Latin dance forms as well a United Kingdom Alliance-qualified instructor and an adjudicator licensed by the British Dance Council. “When we listen to music, it doesn’t matter where we are, we just start dancing,” - Nelson Campos KIZOMBA means "PARTY", a dance and musical genre that originated in Angola. Kizomba is known for having a slow, insistent, somewhat harsh yet sensuous rhythm as the result of electronic percussion. It is danced accompanied by a partner, very smoothly, slowly and sensuously, and with neither tightness nor rigidity.
