Proceeds to benefit Magical Creatures of Hāmākua 🐐🐄🐖🐑🐎🐕🐈 🎧🌟 Ecstatic Dance is a safe space to literally lose yourself to dance. Free form movement with NO judgement. Hear the music, kick off your shoes, get on the floor, feel the vibrations of sound resonate through your BEing and let go. Move your body without worry of being judged. Music and dancing are wonderfully medicinal. Moving to sound is a tonic for the body, mind and soul. It promotes release and allows us to feel optimum health. As vibrational BEings, dancing has a wonderfully positive effect on each of us. Due to the free form nature of this dance, for liability reasons and out of consideration for dancers and the dance space, children under the age of 15 are not permitted.
