Sebas teaches class to jam: "Dancing the fascia" Sat. 28-10

Hello Dancers! I'm very much looking forward to dance over under, and some more places. - Sebas ** Dancing the fascia ** Right under our skin lays a thin but firm layer of connective tissue, the deep fascia. You could call it your "underskin". It helps to finetune our movements via its sensory capacity, and because it also connects our bodyparts mechanically top to toe. *How to dance the fascia* We will awaken our sensibility for this underskin to inspire our solo dancing. But the most fun part for me is to use it for whole body interaction with a partner: can I 'dance my partner'? can I let my body be danced by my partner? With this fine and direct communication, also lifts can happen naturally.
