Pre-registration is not required; you can just come by on the day. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ** CI class by Sebas before the Saturday-Jam ** “Communicating the small and subtle in our dancing” Let's sensitise our awareness for the small and subtle movements happening already in our bodies, like the movements of our breath and our balancing - Our Small Dance*. Let's play with this awareness in our solo and contact-dances. Allowing us to be in and out of balance, sensing small detailed shifts in ourselves and in our partner(s). Sensing the subtle to inspire our dancing. As a starting point for a dancing journey, as a point to return to in our dancing every now and then. Adding some simple dancing situations. And see if we can also sense the subtle in more complicated, or faster movements. That will surely bring some nice qualities in our dancing.
