This involves refining technique to minimize muscle effort while maximizing precision, geometry, intention, musicality, sensitivity, action-reaction dynamics, and deep body awareness. Sebastian & Julia would love to share their discoveries, experiences, insights, and achievements with you. Mini course will develop and explore the topic "Social ganchos" focusing on techniques of leading and following each fase of each step. A lot of attention to "nano" details - be ready to work hard!
