You can also pay upon arrival _______________________________________ ☀️ We are looking forward for this weekend and you can still get a spot,. The dance starts at 4pm and finish around 6.30pm and then we have potluck (so please bring some food). The café will sell lovely beverages of natural and organic sources. Later at night we turn on the sauna for all the people that joined ecstatic dance. The weather seems to be beautiful saturday, so we might do it all outside. 🌈 Practical stuff 🌈 ---> What is ecstatic dance? <--- Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy... You need no experience of dancing, or beautiful dance skills, this is just feeling the music and let it move you. This is the party - where people go - just to dance. everyone are welcome. Dancing into a unique journey of the now guided by the DJ, without talking, but instead maybe sharing moments with the glance of an eye, being in yourself or contact improvisation. And we prefer to keep the space free of any intoxicants, for a greater connection to ourselves, and each other. ---> What do you wear to ecstatic dance? <--- Ecstatic Dance is a barefoot practice. If you need to wear shoes due to health reasons, dance-specific shoes are allowed, but only shoes that have never been worn on the street. What should I bring? Bring a water bottle and a towel. ☀️ DJ - Ishtadi Finding inspiration in the wilderness of nature and ancient cultures, Ishtadi mixes the organic with the contemporary through electronic beats, bass and samples. In an ever changing, open dialogue with the moment he manages to combine genres and styles enticing the crowd into presence. He creates unique intertwining soundscapes and stories, bringing us to our human roots, awakening us to our senses, releasing into the currents of free sound and movement ☀️ _____________________________________ HOW DO I FIND MY WAY TO TYS TYS? <3 There is plenty of opportunities and it can feels a little bit like a journey, but when you first there, then it feels like you travelling :D The adress is 'Nybøllevej 21 - Smørum' or google 'Tysmosen'. ARRIVAL: 1. You can of course just bike all the way. You can also take the train to Ballerup st. and then bike from there (7,4km). You can also go to the station after Ballerup "Måløv st". and then there is a (6,8km) in the beautiful nature. 2. You can take the train to Måløv st. and then go with bus 163 (17min) and then its holding right in front of the beautiful narnia road, its 1km gravel path with lot of wild life, that brings you down to our secret place. 3. You can drive on your own or with someone else. There is parking! 4. You can write - René Lønborg and make a deal for coming and pick up 5 person at a time from Ballerup st. 5. Bring a caravan, van, stationcar and sleep in that or bring your tent and overnight for 65 kr (35kr if you have paid to be a part of Ecstatic Dance). TAKE OFF: 1. From Ledøje (the nearest city to the café 2 km away) the bus is leaving 21.13 / 22.13 / 23.13 and the last one is 00.13, and it goes to Ballerup st. 2. Drive back home with someone 3. Sleep in tent out there for 80 kr pr night (incl. shower and kitchen and then you can go in sauna for 20 kr pr. half hour! 4. Go on www.tysmosen.dk and book the shelters for 80 kr pr night (You can easily be 4/5 in the shelters. 5. Biking back (remember light). Looking forward to be danced! Tys Tys - It's a secret ;)
