Sensual Bachata Flexibility and Mobility Workshop

I am extremely excited to be coming back to North Carolina!! I will be hosting a Sensual Bachata Workshop on Saturday, December 17th. Let's dust off our dancing shoes and get back to the dance floor! Warmups will be hosted by Nastia of MVMT Physical Therapy. Come ready to sweat and do some dynamic stretching prior to dancing. Dm me with any questions you may have.
