Blue lotus & damiana tea ceremony, set intention for the evening, feel our divinity, life force energy and interconnectedness. (micro-dose, slight relaxation, and euphoric feeling, around 20-30 min after drinking). We will do some gentle breathing, grounding and somatic movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions and relax into our body & awareness. 🔸8:05pm Door closes.
