(micro-dose, relaxation, euphoric and arousal, around 20-30 min after drinking. optional). We will do some gentle breathing, grounding and somatic movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions and relax into our body & awareness. 🔸8:35pm Create a safe container by consenting to playground guidelines 🔸8:50pm We will play some small group and 1-on-1 practices from 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡, 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, connect deeper in presence, co-regulation, playfulness, heart & juiciness.
