A b o u t I have been diving into Shakti Tantra, Brazilian Zouk, Sufi Whirling, Vipassana Meditation, and Integral massage for several years, but my calling is to cultivate these practices for art, expression and spiritual development. To be able to hold space for and empower others, I am on a continuous journey to grow closer to my essence. My main study fields are dance, mindfulness, leadership and tantra. In all these fields I've given various trainings and workshops, but I especially love to cocreate with my sisters to hold a safe space for all that needs to surface.
