Serious about Salsa @ F3K featuring Styling Foundations Class

Katie Bretherick joins our Monday night lineup to teach her new STYLING FOUNDATIONS class. This is a new, practical approach to styling where Katie will be teaching you movements that are easy to incorporate into your dancing straight away and are not overly flamboyant or intimidating as in many traditional styling classes. Followed by our partnerwork technique classes run at 3 levels and covering topics including: Styling Footwork and shines Spin technique Advanced lead and follow technique Posture Timing and musical awareness 7.00-7.30pm Styling Foundations 7.30-9.30pm 2 hours of crossbody salsa on1 at all levels Then 9.30pm onwards, D.j.
