About this Event
I continue to hear the roars and whispers from women in our community.
We don’t just want a party or a dance.
We hunger for the deeper spaces and the deeper work.
We desire for the real, raw magick that doesn’t bypass the pain we can all see and feel in the world and our worlds.
We are calling for the experiences where the sacred, the wild and the utterly human meet so we can learn how to anchor ourselves in the storm of the times we navigate together.
LUNA is an answer to this time to gather with this invitation to learn how to hold the paradox of the times we are in.
To reclaim sovereignty and create synergy in connection with women and the holy feminine pulse that moves through us.
To liberate ourselves from the stories that shackle our connective power still.
To activate our aliveness together.
To dismantle the fear that fractures into jealousy, judgement, shame and defensiveness amidst our sisters and within our greater lives.
To pull the ancient feminine remembering and relational power through the thousands of years of conquesting, warring consciousness.
This is the women’s ecstatic dance ceremony to bring it all.
The fullness of the sacred dark, the sacred light and to dance with our shadows until they too have an opportunity to turn to love.
Our time has come, to both celebrate, elevate and transform as well as grieve and rage and feel the fullness of what we are navigating together.
THIS MONTH WE ARE JOURNEYING THE WILD WOMAN
One of the core roots of the fear based cultures we live in is shame.
The story that there is something wrong with us.
The protective feelings that have been trained since childhood to come up in our body when we fear we’ve said something, done something or been something wrong.
This force that moves through our larger cultural frameworks to keep the status quo.
The ways we block our energy from moving in the directions of our deepest desires is held in shame.
This month’s LUNA, we are diving into shame and pulling it out at the roots.
I’m going to give you a transmission of twelve years working with absolute experts in the systematic way shame moves through our cultures, personal lives and relationships.
SHAMELESS
Invites us to see all of our human life as learning.
To erase the idea of right and wrong from our vocabulary. Yet to acknowledge the pain and disconnection that happens when we act from fear and defensiveness.
To get connected with what really brings us to life.
To reclaim all the parts of ourselves we learned to lock away or push in a box to fit the cultural stories of the world.
From our bodies, to our desires, to our emotions, to our sexuality. We get the opportunity to be our full, human selves.
To be our
Wild
Sensitive
Loving
Sexy
& Ferocious Selves.
We’re coming back to the innocence of our desire to be free, expressed, emotional, connective and deeply deeply alive.
This is going to be a playful, sexy flavoured feminine shadow work journey.
Luna is presented by Unity Productions and is hosted and stewarded by Reva Wild.
A prolific and masterful facilitator, singer and space holder in the Toronto and Southern Ontario community, Reva brings over a decade of experience in dance, trauma healing, and feminine embodiment. She brings a grounded, utterly human approach to unearthing the messy, raw magick of what it is to transform the collective intergenerational pain we are all navigating into full, shameless aliveness. A teacher of sacred eros holding deep mastery in the art of untangling rational conflict, she brings a deep presence and calls women to their sovereignty and power through ecstatic play and invoking the primal feminine that’s been waiting under your skin.
Reva will also be making her DJ Debut as WILDCARD and bringing the last decade of collecting and creating transformational playlists for ecstatic dances and primal embodiment. Her intention for this debut set is to bring you on a journey through all parts of yourself and ignite your aliveness as we journey through the theme of Perfectionism and the invitation to embrace our flawed, imperfect, strange and beautiful selves.

Learning & Curiosity
We are fundamentally learners and invited to practise being curious.
This is an invitation to recognize that every experience is a descriptively an experience that we learn from and to activate more curiosity and the creative and relational power that unleashes.
Practising Post-Judgement & Post-Shame & Post-Fear
We commit to practising the alchemy of turning judgement, shame and fear into opportunities to connect, self reflect and get even more curious. We recognize that moments of judging ourselves or others will come up the same with shame and fear as they are learned responses and frames of understanding in our larger cultures. This is a space to practise what happens when we can recognize them and work to move beyond them.
Self Holding & Interdependent Connection
We dance with the paradox of sovereignty and connectedness. You are invited in this space to practise holding yourself, your emotions, your regulation and your sovereign choice and to practise inviting connection, co-creation, co-regulation and support.
Practicing Consent & Building A Fuck Yes Culture
This is a space where we ask with our words, eyes and body language to invite contact, touch and dancing together. We are encouraged to go slow enough that we can really attune to ourselves and each other. We are creating a culture where it is common and standard to share our boundaries and desires so we can create fuck yes experiences together.
Holding the Sacred At the Center
We are in the art of remembering what it really takes to hold our lives and life as sacred, holy and utterly important.
Your body. Your breath. Your history. Your Learning. Your messes. Your magick. Your intention. Your speaking. Your eating. Your choices. Your connection.
This earth.
The water.
Our food.
The animals.
The sky.
Our Relationships.
Learning to hold all of this as sacred is a key to relational power being liberated in our own lives and each others.
This is a SOBER space.
Zero tolerance for alcohol or high doses of medicines or substances.
This is a firm boundary and you will be asked to leave or a taxi will be called for you.
We understand as a part of sovereignty, some folks may choose to microdose or smoke cannabis.
At Luna though we are encouraging a sober container, we invite all medicines to be engaged with utmost care and in a way that keeps you more present and connected.
A Note for Non-Binary & Trans Femme Folks:
Luna facilitators and the Luna community welcomes non-binary and trans femmes to participate if they feel the capacity to be in women’s spaces where wombs, pussies and and menstrual hormonal cycles are spoken to and honoured.
All of us have come from wombs and pussy.
And up until the past 100 years, the understanding of what a woman is was not disconnected from womb carriers and those with pussies.
We also recognize that in many indigenous communities over thousands of years and different cultures in the world, third gender expression and two spirit folks have been seen as powerful healers, space holders and invited into reverent roles beyond and within the sacred work of women and sacred work of men in those communities and cultures.
We think it is important to continue to speak to biological women’s experiences and bodies in this space while our language will still reflect invitations for Fems without wombs to connect with their feminine essence and be welcomed into the connective experience of sisterhood.
If this approach to inclusion is challenging for you to be with, we invite you to connect with the queer dances and trans femme spaces that will be geared specifically to your experience navigating the world.
This is a very polarizing and heated topic we are navigating as we work to hold the both/and stance around inclusion without losing the devotion to women and to our connection with what womb and pussy really mean in the world we are navigating today.
If you are non-binary or trans and curious about attending, feel free to message Reva @ [email protected]
