We will connect and intreact with each others in loving and playful manner to allow our consciousness energetic body to flow to blissfull ecstatic experince. This part will be with guided by ShantiLove and DJ Ridù. Part 2: Free Ecstatic Dance with live music by ImU Music Part 3: Shamanic Tribal Dance wiith live music by Love and Freedom. ❂ Playing the voice: We are all accustomed to human voice mainly for its communicational role and we usually don’t consider its archetypal power to affect our consciousness and presence; if you have ever experienced collective singing you may know its deep meditative and therapeutic power. Playing the Voice is a method developed in order to facilitate such a use of the voice, aiming to a collective and nevertheless introspective experience. The approach is creative, playful and suitable for anyone interested in meditation and mindfulness. The lessons of Playing the Voice gravitate around alternative singing and breathing techniques, motion, mantras and creative uses of the voice through practical activities and theoretical discussions.
