Where we shall interact with sound to open up and connect. ❤️ Heart Awakening tantric workshop: Diana D. Diakovaana and Martin Heese from CHAI Copenhagen Heart Awakening Institute will guide you to experience magic and wisdom of Tantra. During the evening you will experience playfulness, relaxation and deeper connection with your body and heart. We will laugh, express ourselves, meditate, create contact and dance. ❤️ Nuet Dans workshop: Brian Kjøller Olsen will take us to a journey of creative investigation of body movement; there is no choreography and no steps. The inspiration comes from 5 rhythms contact improvisation. Nuets Dans uses the body inner wisdom to awaken us to explore new ways of movement and mindfulness. ❤️ Cacao ceremony: Playful, curious, creative growth with the wisdom and loving power of the Cacao! Relaxed guided active meditation by Dagomara Danza and musical magic by Casper Vijnanín Klementsen. Full flow jam by musicians and then heart songs sharing. Bring yourown instrument :-) Everyone are wellcome to play, sing and share thier heart songs.
