This dance journey, Water In Motion, invites us to explore the wisdom of water through the body. Water flows. Water adapts. Water softens. Water nourishes. Water carves mountains over time. Through ecstatic dance, Flow Breathwork, sound healing, and community connection, we will explore what it means to move with life rather than against it.
