You will find a lot of technical information, styling but also discover how to strengthen and protect your body so your progress faster and enjoy dance for many years to come. She is a dance coach with over 13 years of teaching experience and 25 years of dance career. She has studied for 4 years to become a certified dance instructor and constantly does a lot of research and collaborates with different experts to understand how to improve people’s learning process and prepare their bodies for dance the best possible way. What she shares with you is her life dance/body awareness knowledge and she knows that it works. She had the pleasure to collaborate and learn from amazing people all over the world and has raised many successful and beautiful dancers and teachers. Her religion is that there is no pleasure in dance without certain technique and body awareness but first of all it’s a love for music that made her a dancer from an early age...
