Sierra Gold Movement Medley Class, Wednesday August 7, 2024, 3:00pm-3:45pm at the Sierra Gold Senior Center, 231 Colfax Ave, Grass Valley, CA, 95945. Your movements are connected to how you feel. This 45 minute class will offer you the way to experience some of the movements Mr. Olson (born 1947) has learned from his experience in high school football; 2 years of being in the US Army; his studying the martial art Aikido for 12 years; his experience of studying collegiate level dance for 4 years; and his experiences during his 20+ years of attending freestyle, contact, and ecstatic dances in the USA and other countries. Bring a yoga mat in case we do floor exercises.
