SLOW BURN is the only event in Tampa Bay that puts world-ranked Bachata instruction, a live DJ, and a premium cigar experience in the same building on the same night. This is not a bar night with music in the background. This is a Thursday built for people who take the dance seriously and enjoy the finer side of a night out. BACHATA ON THE DANCE FLOOR: At 8 PM, Jenny Marie takes the floor. Jenny Marie is a world-ranked Bachata instructor who has competed and placed on the international stage. She is teaching the opening lesson at this event. Whether you are stepping onto a Bachata floor for the first time or you have been dancing for years, you are learning from someone who has stood on the world stage. That does not happen at a $5 cover on a Thursday in Lutz very often. At 9 PM, DJ Mike Sensation takes over and runs the floor through close. If you have been to a Latin night in Tampa Bay, you have heard this DJ work a room. CIGARS ON THE OUTSIDE PATIO: Tainas Cigars is on the outside patio all night.
