A great way to improve your social dancing skills comes from training your individual technique . class will give plenty on individual homework and exercises as well as alignment and strength homework to do for the next week. -How will the class run ? * we will warm up together then i will go over this weeks elements focusing both on individual technique and partnering work. I will take live questions and give common mistakes. I will give you time to practice and watch live and give some individual corrections. to finish we will do a cool down followed by homework for the next week and strength and alignment exercises to be done during the week ( actual class time 45 mins + 15 min homework video ) what level am I ? Level 1.5 - Prerequisites - level 1 SMDC or have previous knowledge of basic step, lateral, simple turn, viradinha Level 2A- Prerequisites level 1.5 SMDC or having the knowledge required for 1.5 in addition to boomerang , Soltinho , outside turn, elastico, cradle , body roll.
