Slip on your snow pants + shuffle on over! Ecstatic Forest is taking our dance to a winter wonderland of sparkling snow + fancy, dancy funtimes! Early arrival of 12:30pm is encouraged so you can become acquainted with the land, say hello to friends + drop in to your body. Opening circle begins at 1pm stat. Jackie Rainbow has curated a spectacular Snow Pants Dance playlist inspired by her travels to San Marcos, Guatemala for Embodiment Fest! Musical Instruments + Drumming will be provided by Andrew Prue + closing circle will end with a sound meditation. Sarah Sage will be live-painting + facilitating a community canvas for all to express themselves with color + shape. A small fire will be built to keep us warm if we should need it.
