Social Dis-Dancing Fundraiser for Hosanna House!

Hello fabulous Pittsburgh Dancers!!!! Join us for the FIRST Social (Distance) Dance in the 'Burgh! Who: You, and your favorite pair of sneakers! Where: The parking lot of the Sherwood Event Center What: DANCING! Line Dances, Ballroom, Latin, Hustle, and Swing (East and West Coast) AND some additional surprises! Cost: 100% of proceeds will be donated to Hosanna House! Nathan and Amanda are dedicated to helping the missions of this wonderful charity and the children in our community. Proceeds for this event will help provide access to summer programs, meals, education and opportunities for children in Pittsburgh. Per Person Minimum Donation: $15 How: You will be assigned a parking spot to dance in, with a partner or friends of your choice! Parking spaces can be joined together, with up to 10 people in each dance "team". Members of dance teams can switch partners as they wish, and will be able to decide on their own if they would like to wear masks while dancing in their designated parking spaces. Masks: Masks are required while in common areas of the parking lot and inside the event center. If you would like to take your mask off while dancing in your parking space, you may. If you would like to request a dance area in a designated "mask only" area, please let us know! No Partner? No Problem! If you do not have a partner and are willing to be matched with another lead or follow, just let us know! We will make sure you are able to dance for the evening! BYOB- We will not be providing refreshments, so please bring your own water in a outdoor/travel friendly non-glass container. Bathrooms- Indoor bathrooms will be available for use inside the event center Weather Permitting- in the event of rain, we will postpone to the following week (July 1) Attire- Dance Sneakers, Smooth bottom athletic shoes or casual shoes that allow you to dance on asphalt are suggested.
