SOFIA SKY DANCE CO. Torontos finest Latin and Heels fusion dance company is now audition for SEASON 6! At 10am, the beginners audition begins. A short choreography of salsa and heels will be taught on the spot to the dancers. Dancers will present the choreo with there assigned groups toward the ending portion of the auditon. Sofia will then determine everybody's levels and which team each lady shall be placed. At 11am, the Intermediate/advanced auditon portion will begin. A short choreography of salsa and heels will be taught to the dancers. ALL LEVELS WELCOME AND HIGHLY ENCOURAGED! - However there is no guarentee that all auditioned participants will join the performing teams. HOW TO PREPARE: Ladies must come dressed in ALL BLACK, DANCE WEAR, and a pair of COMFORTABLE HIGH HEELS. HAIR and MAKEUP must be clean and sleek. Bring water and a snack. Come 20 minutes early to fill out your forms and stretch. Cost of audition is $10. If you wish to auditon for both teams, it will be $20. Cash ONLY. Student Performance Team / Beginners (1 year or less experience ) 2. Amateur Performance Team / Intermediates ( 2 + years experience ) 3. Semi Pro Performance / Advanced ( 4+ years experience ) 4. Beginner 6 Week Training Program (No experience NECESSARY, do not need to audition for this program) In the training program, students will learn the fundamentals in salsa body movement/styling AND in addition they will learn the fundamentals in Heels dance! No Audition NECESSARY for the training program, JUST for the performance teams!
