"Soft & Easy" - CI class by Sebas before the Saturday-Jam. ~ Soft Body - Soft Landings ~ ~ Easy moving - Easy supporting ~ We will do some bodywork-into-dancing, and some dancing-into-bodywork. Making the “thing” we do, even more enjoyable with our bodies well prepared :-) With some nice Sebas-tricks to cheer up our vocabulary.
