It’s time for a journey to Southern Italy! You arrive at Villa Incina, where the scent of salt lingers in the air and time gently slows. The Adriatic unfolds before you, calm and endless. This is where we’ll spend the next few days—breathing, moving, and simply being.🌊 Each morning begins with yoga facing the sea. You roll out your mat, settle in, and let the rhythm of the waves guide your breath. As the sun rises, we move through gentle flows, preparing the body and mind for the day. Our days are balanced between connection and calm. - Sound therapy sessions help you dive deeper within. - A fun Tuk Tuk ride takes us through the wild nature of Polignano. - We dance under the stars during our cacao ceremony—free, playful, open. - And in the evenings, we gather for the calming Kava ritual, letting go of everything we no longer need. Between it all, you rest. The villa has its own path down to a quiet cove. Anytime you need it, the beach is yours. You can swim, read, nap, or just listen to the sea. You’ll be nourished with care. Our kitchen team prepares fresh vegetarian meals, inspired by local Italian flavors and cooked with love. You won’t need to think about a thing—just enjoy. Where we stay: Villa Incina is tucked between countryside and coast, just a short drive from Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. It’s a peaceful place, once home to fishermen, now your sanctuary for the week.
