We invite you to join our ALIVE Workshop series - a 2.5-hour immersive session where we dive into a focused topic, creating a shared space for personal growth and embodied connection. // Open for adults aged 20-45 years // 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽: 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 In this workshop we will explore Embodied Boundaries - learning how to feel, express and navigate your boundaries and desires from a place rooted in your body and not just from a mental construct. Your boundaries are essential for you to feel safe in connection, to dare to explore new things and welcome pleasure anchored in your authentic truth - felt in the body. In this session you will learn how to listen to your bodies “yes” and “no” and move, communicate and play in alignment with your inner compass. This workshop is crafted through years of facilitation experience and based on principles and methods from trauma informed, somatic psychotherapy and embodiment work. You will leave not only with insights, but with practical tools you can integrate into your daily life and relationships. You will be guided step by step, in a safe and supportive environment, to reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence and to translate that into clear, empowered action in your life. With over six years of international experience working with groups and 1:1 clients in the fields of tantra, pleasure, trauma, and sexuality, Fie leads from her embodied full-range humanness and creates powerful, transformative spaces. As a co-founder of the Copenhagen ALIVE Tantra Festival, Fie´s intention is to nurture a community that empowers individuals to explore their raw, authentic expression and create more ALIVEness, pleasure and connection in their life. Her vision is to cultivate conscious intimacy and sexuality, and invite all beings into their own inner sovereignty. 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚 𝙀𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣 is a certified psychotherapist and facilitator in the field of tantra and intimacy. She welcomes individuals, couples, and groups to slow down and connect from the realness of the present moment, felt in the body. With years of experience working with embodiment, nervous system regulation, and authentic relating, Cherie is all about creating a brave space for intimacy to blossom.
