It’s a movement meditation which brings together awareness of mind, body, heart and soul through dance, movement and expression. We use the following guidelines to create a safe, held and sacred space for you to dance, express, connect and expand together: - the dance floor is a non-verbal space - the dance floor is a phone free space - this is a drug and alcohol free event - the dance floor is a place of respect and safety - Ecstatic Dance is a barefoot practice ➤ BRIGHTSKY This event is in association with BrightSky Community: an up and coming platform and community for healers, practitioners, Earth Protectors, ethical entrepreneurs, movers and shakers of this world.
