SOLD OUT (русская версия ниже) Dear friends, we’d like to invite you to the last Ecstatic Dance event of this year. Let's together share our gratitude to the outgoing year and clear the space for new transformations through the dance. Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. The effects of ecstatic dance begin with ecstasy itself, which may be experienced in differing degrees. Dancers are described as feeling connected to others, and to their own emotions. The dance serves as a form of meditation, helping people to cope with stress and to attain serenity. Event schedule: 16:00 – Doors open 16:00 – Breath practice by @Marcus 16:30 – Cacao ceremony by @Lars 17:00 – Bodywork by @Mila 17:30 – DJ set by @Maya 19:30 – Sound healing by @Mirozvon project 20:30 – Closing ceremony 21:00 – Doors closed Simple rules to follow: • No alcohol, but you can bring a water bottle and refill it as much as you need to at provided water stations. • You’re encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing, and you’re supposed to dance barefoot. Socks are welcomed! • No phones documenting anything. The only story you’re broadcasting is the joy of your body, being present in the movement. • If someone comes up and wants to dance with you, and you aren’t feeling it, simply hold your hands together in a prayer formation over your heart to politely decline their invitation. • Please bring your yoga mat and warm clothing for better experience during sound healing session. В связи с зимним сезоном, можно и нужно брать носки 🙂 - Не разговариваем во время практики и стараемся не снимать на телефон. Общение только на языке тела. - Трезвая благостная атмосфера. Никакого алкоголя или прочих стимуляторов. - Берем с собой водичку или бутылку, на месте можно будет ее наполнить. - Берем с собой коврик для йоги и теплую одежду\плед для более глубокого погружения во время саунд хилинга.
