This is a wonderful opportunity to drop into a beautifully held, inspirational, and permission filled space that welcomes you to liberate the radiance within yourself. This is a space where we get to practice welcoming any and all layers of ourselves to be witnessed, expressed and embraced by oneself and community. We are here to turn towards what is ready to be seen and brought into the light, with the courage to fully feel and express, without attachment to story. This is an extra special event in that it will all be held in sonic container of Amani Friend (Liquid Bloom). Flow Of The Evening 530 - 6 - Arrive and check in 6 - 630 - Cacao Ceremony 630 - 8 - Liquid Bloom Ecstatic Dance 8 -10 - Breathwork journey and integration W/ Liquid Bloom 10 -1015 - Closing Timing is +/-15 minutes from start to finish. We will start cacao as promptly as we can at 6pm <3 We really love dropping in with cacao and moving our bodies in an ecstatic dance journey to kick off our experience. The breathwork journey itself will be 1 hr and 15min. 30 minutes for set up and description. 15 minutes for a nourishing integration in groups of 3. About the breathwork: Circular/Connected Breathing is a tool we can utilize to transform ourselves on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. This process activates the pineal gland, which helps us journey into expanded states of consciousness that connect us with our higher selves, resulting in profound experiences of clarity. The breath expresses with an active inhale and relaxing/surrendering exhale. There is a total of 50mins of active breathing and we will be laying down in a restorative position throughout. No experience needed. There will be a breathwork team of 8 facilitators who are qualified to meet in the vulnerability of a deeper breathwork journey What to Bring: A mat to lay on, pillow, blanket, clothes to dance in, water bottle, intention, & a pillow or cushion to sit on.
