Urban Awakening presents a one day silent Soul Healing Retreat nestled in an intentional community that rests on 22 acres of Redwood Trees with stunning views of the entire Bay Area. Soul Healing Retreat will combine many of our favorite and potent elements that bring together community, healing and spirit. Bring your swimming gear for a swim in our pool! We hold it all together and that is evident in the tears of sadness and joy shared throughout the day. **Participants will be asked to observe sacred silence until we get to the Community Sharing Circle, which is at the end.** You are welcome to stay past 9pm and hang until 11pm. They have facilitated workshops on the topics of the path to awakening, healing trauma and conscious relationships. Craig and Gigi will be leading the meditation and healing journey. Joana Ayala, sound healing graduate from CIIS, will be taking us on an ethereal sound healing journey to help integrate our reflections and healing work. Alexis Fllow Leiva has got that sacred bass, tribal EDM and spiritual hip-hop on lock. He gets the entire crowd jumping up and down. Just sayin. BIOS Craig Wenaweser, M.A., MFT, is a spiritual teacher and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been studying and practicing various forms of eastern spirituality, western psychology and meditation for over 15 years. Through an integration of meditation, spiritual inquiry and a focus on self-acceptance, self-compassion and self-love, Craig guides students and clients to a direct experience of the peace, joy, balance and wholeness of their true nature.
