Sorry if you can't make it this time, keep an eye on our page for future events. ********************************* Many of us experience enormous cultural pressure to demonstrate our worth through relationships, yet our ability to thrive as individuals as well as truly love another is based in our ability to know and love ourselves. So at this alternative Valentine's event we will celebrate self-love through a de-shaming ritual to welcome our shadow, helping us to let go of self-critical and judgemental thoughts and to embrace ourselves in our imperfect perfection. We will then share ceremonial cacao before a powerful ecstatic dance, flowing through different musical moods, joyful, moving, uplifting, euphoric, funky, psychedelic... leaving the inner-critic behind, liberating the body to find joy and freedom in movement. Finally we close with a loving-kindness meditation, taking the self-love we have cultivated and offering it to the world, and time to socialise and connect. We have an amazing private venue with professional sound and lighting plus a chill-out space. Tickets are £20 including cacao, or £15 for entry alone. THIS IS AN ALCOHOL FREE EVENT!
