About this Event

With Arise festival canceled we thought we would make lemonade with our friends Mas and Pepper of Yaima coming to town 💃🕺🌙✨❤️
Intention:
The intention of this offering is to bring illuminated presence and freedom of expression into journeying deep together through live music, ceremonial cacao, breathwork, authentic connection, and ecstatic dance.
This is a wonderful opportunity to drop into a beautifully held, inspirational, and permission filled space.
This is a space where we get to welcome any and all layers of ourselves to be seen, expressed and embraced by oneself and community. We are here to turn towards what is ready to be seen and brought into the light, with the courage to fully feel and express, without attachment to story.
This is an extra special event in that it will all be held in the potent medicine and magic of Yaima’s music. Their musings encompass the listener with driving and revitalizing organic rhythms, transcendent electronic production, warm soothing female vocals and heartened lyricism.
We are blessed with the privilege of co-creating this intimate container with the intention of creating a more connected community. The time is now to gather, connect, pray, and support each other.

About the breathwork:
Circular/Connected Breathing is a tool we can utilize to transform ourselves on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. This process activates the pineal gland, which helps us journey into expanded states of consciousness that connect us with our higher selves, resulting in profound experiences of clarity. The breath is expressed with an active inhale and relaxing/surrendering exhale. We will open and close with deep relaxation and journey into 50 minutes of active breathing. The journey is done lying down in a restorative position, so please bring your own nest. No experience needed.
What to Bring:
A mat to lay on, pillow, blanket, clothes to dance in, water bottle, intention, & your own unique spark <3

About Inner Light Revival:
Aja and Danny are a sibling duo who offer a balanced approach to Breathwork ~ utilizing a restorative yin style, and a more active one of circular-connected breathing. Aja was able to heal her chronic migraines of 22 years with Breathwork, and supports others in accessing the root cause of symptoms. She loves to offer a sacred space for people to feel loved and nurtured through breath, sound/song, abdominal massage, and herbal medicine. Danny’s approach is great for big life transitions and moving into deeper embodiment of one’s true self.
They often combine Breathwork experiences with live music, dance, cacao, authentic relating, and nature immersions.
They have trained with Sondra Ray, Dharma Devi, Ashanna Solaris, Kathleen Barratt, Norman Allard, Gilles Marin, and Chandra Andrea Polyak. They are based in Boulder, CO.
